3 Easy Ways To Integrate OneNote Into Your Daily Work

 In Teams

In our daily work lives, we’re always looking for ways to be more efficient or to work more effectively. We write down our meetings and to-do lists on sticky notes that are easily thrown away or misplaced. Microsoft OneNote offers a way for you to take notes right on your computer, format them in whatever way works best for you, and keep them organized in different tabs.

Firstly, OneNote is a great way to take notes in a meeting. You can take notes on your laptop and then share them with anyone (perhaps a coworker who was unable to make the meeting) so that they are able to get the information they needed. This also allows you to keep all your information in one place, rather than in several notebooks

Secondly, you can take screenshots or pictures and insert them into your OneNote. It doesn’t only have to be typed notes (although it can be), you can include pictures and drawings. If you’re more of a visual person, and pictures help you to remember, you can add screenshots and drawings into your note to make it more personalized to your specific needs.

Finally, OneNote works great in conjunction with Microsoft Teams. Teams has a OneNote page for every separate channel on Teams. This allows you to make notes for each specific Team, where you can collaborate with other people in the Team. With this you don’t have to worry about sharing a note with several people, if you have a Team set up with them you are able to make the note directly in Microsoft Teams for them to see.

It can be difficult to keep organized and remember the things we need to when we get caught up in work at the office. OneNote aims to help one be a bit more organized and keep all the information you need in one place.
