Customize OneNote for You
Did you know that you can customize OneNote to make it easier for you to work? Everyone has different minds and we all functional differently, so it only makes sense to you a program that allows you to work in a way that fits you. Here are a few ways you can customize OneNote:
- Change the default font and font size under the options menu which can be found under “File” in the top left-hand corner.
- The sections you create in OneNote can be arranged at any time if you find a particular order easier to work with.
- You can hide things in your toolbar by going under “Options” again and unchecking boxes of the items you don’t want to see.
- You can insert Excel spreads, pictures and videos, math equations, and video and audio recordings into a OneNote
This isn’t everything you can do in OneNote, it’s an incredibly versatile application that can be tailored to fit you personally. You can move tabs around as necessary, change the color scheme, add things to a Quick Access toolbar that allows you to easily access tools, and even draw in your OneNote. On the surface, OneNote can seem like a simply note taking app, but there’s much more once you begin to use and see the potential of it. All of these little things can make using OneNote easier for you.
